This 60-minute session is subsequent to the Initial Consultation. We will discuss your progress, and I will guide you into your next steps. It's possible that you may need a few more additional private sessions, or you may be fine with participating in our live online yoga classes and/or videos that are available on the site, but this all depends on your situation. You will receive a recording of each session. $150.00
