Yoga for Scoliosis group class

In this 60-minute class, we begin with some breath work, followed by movements to loosen up the fascia and bring mobility to the joints. Next are the yoga poses, modified for our particular back issues, including some gentle strengthening and cardio exercises. Lastly, we cool down in our final relaxation.
