This series is specifically designed for those who have an S-curve, Right thoracic, left lumbar, convexities (curves). These sessions are accessible to practically anyone, even if you do not have any yoga experience, or if you feel you're not flexible. With the help of these props, you'll be able to achieve all of the poses. The length of the sessions are approximately 20 minutes, but it's most important for you to be consistent with your practice, so a little bit of this work every day would bring optimal results.
